Establishes the "DOJ Settlement ADA Improvements" Fund in the General Government Special Revenue Fund Series to implement ADA projects in accordance with the agreement with the Department of Justice. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-2-21.

During 2020, the City entered into supplemental negotiations with the U.S. Department of Justice under Project Civic Access (PCA) to improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities. This bill request authorizes the establishment of the "DOJ Settlement ADA Improvements" Special Revenue Fund, fund Number 11884, in the General Government Special Revenue Fund Series, to administer the operating component of the ADA projects required by the DOJ.
