Designation of 19 primary structures on the east side of the 600 and 700 blocks of N Steele St as a district for preservation per Chapter 30 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code, as recommended by the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission on November 2, 2021, with a vote of 8-0-0. The designation application-East Seventh Avenue Historic District-Steele Street Extension-was submitted by three property owners who reside within the proposed designation boundary. The application is scheduled to go before the Denver Planning Board on November 17, 2021, for a recommendation to City Council on the planning impacts of the designation.
