Additional Design scope included in this amendment:  Grand Stairway Level 1 to 3, Meeting Rooms on Level 2 (Center only), Removing escalators between Levels 3 and 4 with new stairways, Meeting Rooms on Level 3 and Commons Level 1 East (new connection to Café),
