A resolution approving a proposed First Amendatory Design Services Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Studiotrope, LLC for architectural and engineering professional design services for the Denver Central Library Renovation.
Amends a contract with Studiotrope, LLC by adding $922,487 for a new total of $4,288,934 and adds scope for architectural and engineering professional design services for the Denver Central Library Renovation, as part of the Elevate Denver Bond Program, located at 10 West 14th Avenue in Council District 10. No change to contract duration (202161199-01; 201948702-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-3-22. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-23-21.

Studiotrope, LLC is currently providing architectural and engineering professional design services for the Denver Central Library Renovation, located at: 10 W. 14th Ave., Denver, CO 80204. This amendment will approve additional scope to the current contract.
Additional Design scope included in this amendment: Grand Stairway Level 1 to 3, Meeting Rooms on Level 2 (Center only), Removing escalators between Levels 3 and 4 with new stairways, Meeting Rooms on Level 3 and Commons Level 1 East (new connection to Café),
