Designation of Pancratia Hall at 3001 S Federal Blvd Bldg 7 on the former Loretto Heights College campus as a structure for preservation per Chapter 30 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code. As recommended by the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission on November 16, 2021, with a vote of 9-0-0. The designation application was submitted by the property owner. See attached map.
