The granite fallen officer memorial was commissioned by the Police Athletic League in conjunction with the development of the PAL building located at 1240 Bayaud Avenue Denver Colorado in 2006. Funds to construct the memorial came from money that the late Bill Daniels left for the Police Athletic League in his final arrangements.
