A resolution approving a proposed Twelfth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Keefe Commissary Network, LLC for commissary services and accounting software for inmate accounts at the County Jail and Downtown Detention Center.
Amends a contract with Keefe Commissary Network, LLC by adding $1,432,000 for a new total of $10,689,960 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-22 to provide commissary services and accounting software for inmate accounts at both the County Jail and Downtown Detention Center (RC63008). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-24-22. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-22-21.
