The purpose of this Resolution Request is to accept and approve TOWER 160 SUBDIVISION FILING NO. 3, a proposed Subdivision Plat located between E 49th Ave and E 52nd Ave, and N Tower Rd. and N Telluride St.

Tower 160 Subdivision Filing No. 3 has 134 Lots, 10 Blocks and 16 Tracts, 16.352 acres, more or less.
