Amends a contract with Northern Colorado Pest and Wildlife Control Corp. to add $150,000 for a new contract total of $700,000 and 1 year for a new end date of 3-31-2023 for continued pest control services in city facilities citywide, excluding Denver International Airport (GENRL-202261740-04). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-29-22. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 2-15-22.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Northern Colorado Pest and Wildlife Control Corp., (NoCo Pest) is under contract to provide pest control services through the City and County of Denver. Services include monthly pest control across various city facilities including buildings within General Services, Parks & Recreation, County Jail, Electronic Engineering Bureau, Arts and Venues, Library, and Denver Fire portfolios. One-time services can also be requested by the city. The fourth amendment will extend the contract term by one year, extending the expiration date to March 31, 2023 and increase the contract maximum from $550,000 to $700,000. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
