The purpose of the resolution is to confirm the appointment by DURA of Eric Hiraga to the SDC Board of Directors for a term expiring June 30, 2023.
In 1995 the City and County of Denver ("City") and DURA agreed to create the Stapleton Development Corporation ("SDC") to providing planning and redevelopment services relating to Stapleton, in close cooperation with the City and DURA.
