Type and Scope of services to be performed:

An expansion of the surface parking lot currently occupied by Hertz rental car company is to be constructed, on the southwest corner of the E 78th Avenue and Jackson Gap St intersection. The current site of the expansion is an undeveloped open channel drainageway, and the scope of work will include, but is not limited to earthwork grading, stormwater drainage conveyance (pipe, box culvert, and structures), water quality features, asphalt paving, chain link fence and guardrail, site lighting, and existing roadway pavement tie-ins.
