To approve the Mayoral appointment of the following individual to the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District:
David Foley, Highlands Ranch (M)(C) to serve as an owner of unimproved property (parking lots) for a term expiring December 31, 2024, appointed.
Purpose/Scope of the Board: The Board of Directors is responsible for the administration, operation and maintenance of the District.
Member Qualifications: Members must be tenants, residents or own property within the District.
