Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Colorado Village Collaborative (“CVC”) provides shelter and services for Denver’s unhoused population. This license agreement is for a term of two years with two 1-year renewal options exercisable by the City, allowing CVC to use City-owned land at 4201 Monroe Street for its Beloved Community Village tiny homes services as set forth in its existing service contract with HOST. The City and CVC may terminate this agreement with 30 days prior written notice.
This site will support up to 26 households who have an income of 30% of AMI or less in tiny homes. CVC will staff the site for 10 hours per day, 7 days per week and will provide all of its own maintenance and utility services including showers, internet and laundry. Licensee will use good faith efforts to enter into a Neighborhood Community Agreement within 14 days of execution of this License.
The scope of work associated with the CVC service contract #HOST-202157471 is to provide temporary tiny homes as an alternative sheltering solution for individuals who are currently unsheltered and transition those individuals from the streets to stable housing within an average 12 months.
