Approves the Mayoral appointment of Frank deGruy, MD to the Denver Health & Hospital Authority Board of Directors for a term effectively immediately and expiring on 6-30-2022 (filling an unexpired, vacated term), or until a successor is duly appointed. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 4-5-2022.

Frank deGruy, MD, Castle Rock (M)(C) to serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022 and occasioned by the resignation of John Reilly, appointed.
Purpose/Scope of the Board: Direct DHHA on financial management, education and quality assurance, personnel and compensation and Denver Health Medical Plan.
Member Qualifications: Have an interest and knowledge of issues before DHHA and commitment to participation.
