Amends a contract with WSP USA, Inc. to add $27,000,000 for a new contract total of $87,000,000 and 2.5 years for a new end date of 12-31-2024 for additional professional services associated with the Concourse Expansion Program as well as controls & quality assurance work at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (202262566). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-9-22. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 4-6-22.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
In 2017, Denver International Airport (DEN) signed a contract with WSP USA Inc. (WSP) to provide professional, technical, and support staff to support the Concourse Expansion Program (CEP) with design, construction, closeout, and any other support services required for the CEP. In June 2020, the WSP contract was amended to accommodate additional project requirements associated with Phase 2 work.
This second amendment to the WSP Contract, in the amount of $27M, will increase capacity to accommodate project management for the additional work listed below as well as Controls & Quality Assurance work (previously provided through AIM Contracts).
• Concourse Gate Apron Rehab (GARDI)
• A-East Ground Load Expansion
• Delta-Sierra (DS) De-Ice Pad
• B East Hot Water Damage Repairs
• Scope Transfer - Controls & Quality Assurance
This amendment to the WSP Contract will increase contract capacity to accommodate these additional project requirements and meet aggressive schedules.
