Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Civil construction of a new regional water quality facility and future neighborhood park on the 52nd and Emerson property. Infrastructure includes pond grading with outlet structures, two forebays, a trash vault, as well as storm, water, and sanitary improvements. Regional and site trails, Emerson Street, part of 52nd Avenue, and two parking lots will also be paved.
