Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the Town of Morrison for $7,000,000 and through 12-31-2031 to provide wastewater and sewage treatment services at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre (THTRS-202262385-00). Type and Scope of services to be performed: Since 2001, the City of Denver has contracted with the Town of Morrison to provide water and sewer projects including wastewater remediation and treatment for Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. The Town of Morrison is the only provider of these services with the infrastructure and capacity to handle and treat sewage at the volume produced from tourism and events held in the park and Amphitheatre.
