A resolution approving a proposed First Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Colorado Poverty Law Project to extend the term and add additional funds to provide eviction legal assistance to eligible households in the City and County of Denver.
Amends an agreement with Colorado Poverty Law Project by adding $900,000 for a new total of $1,355,152 and 18 months for a new end date of 12-31-2023 to provide eviction legal assistance to eligible households, citywide (HOST-202262294-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-11-22. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-8-22.
