This bill request increases General Fund Contingency by $149,000 to reflect the new revenue from the Tobacco Enforcement Program that was not included in the 2022 budget and authorizes a supplemental appropriation in the Denver Department of Public Health (DDPHE) for $149,00 for the Tobacco Compliance and Enforcement Program.
