This project will construct the downstream end of the Tennessee & Oneida Storm System project, which will improve ponding and localized flooding at the sump in S. Oneida St. just north of Tennessee Ave. This first phase of construction will remove and replace the outlet structure of Lollipop Lake in Garland Park, replace the culvert across Cherry Creek Drive North and rebuild the outfall into Cherry Creek.
