Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 

The purpose of this amendment will ensure that uninterrupted service can continue for the IGA that Denver and Denver Public Schools has that provides School Crossing Guards to enhance important crossings for schools in Denver.  The amendment will provide additional funding for Fall 2022 and extend the contract’s expiration date to the end of the 2022 calendar year.  During Summer/Fall 2022 the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure will work closely with stakeholders to: 1) Draft and finalize a new 5-year contract with a new scope of work (to be ready by Jan 1, 2023), 2) Review and update DOTI Policy T.05 that defines the minimum standards for crossing guard location assignments (expanding eligible locations).
