Type and Scope of services to be performed: The contract with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless provides funding for rehousing assistance including short-term rental assistance, deposit assistance, housing navigation, and case management services to at least 260 households and ongoing supportive services through collaborative partners.
Colorado Coalition for the Homeless will coordinate a rehousing collaborative, aimed at serving at least 260 people experiencing homelessness in the Denver Metro area. CCH and its partners will provide short-term bridge shelter, rehousing rental assistance, and supportive services to qualifying participants.
