Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This is an expenditure contract for EnergyLink, LLC (McKinstry) to act as an on-call contractor to respond to requests for work from CASR for the development, design, and installation of distributed energy resources such as solar photovoltaics, battery storage, electric vehicle charging equipment, and other climate action technologies. Without these services, the city will be unable to achieve its clean energy and transportation decarbonization goals. The resulting capital investments from this contract will lower electric bills at municipal facilities, increase resilience, and provide publicly accessible EV charging at city facilities. The sites selected for solar and EV charging will be established set in partnership between CASR and other city agencies based on metrics pertaining to cost-effectiveness, building performance compliance obligations, and community equity objectives.

EnergyLink, LLC will act as an on-call contractor to respond to requests for work from CASR for the development, design, and installation of distributed energy resources such as solar photovoltaics, battery storage, electric vehicle charging equipment, and other climate action technologies.
