Amends Ordinance 309, Series 2007, to eliminate the requirement for an unappropriated fund balance for the Denver Preschool Program (DPP) Special Revenue Fund (fund number 11851). The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-12-22.

This bill request amends ordinance 309, series of 2007, Section 6, to eliminate the requirement for an unappropriated fund balance.
DPP is an independent nonprofit organization funded by taxes for which the City and County of Denver is financially responsible. When the Denver Preschool Program (DPP) was created in 2007, it was the first type of organization of its kind.
