Type and Scope of services to be performed:
In order to provide new service for a new development at 3318 Clayton Street, PSCo needs to remove and re-install two power poles to a more advantageous location within City Property. Public Service Co. of Colorado requests access for the removal and re-installation of these poles at 3300 N. Clayton St. and 2725 E. 33rd St., Denver, CO. The Permanent Access and Use Permit is a revocable agreement. The term for installation is 90 days, while access and use are ongoing in perpetuity to allow PSCo to maintain the equipment.
