Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 

The City and County of Denver is seeking to join the Colorado Firefighters Cancer Trust's Voluntary Cancer Benefits Award Program (VCAP), as established by the State of Colorado Senate Bill 17-214. This allows Denver Firefighters who are diagnosed with cancer that falls under the State's Firefighters Cancer Workers' Compensation presumption (HB 07-1008) to be provided benefits from the Trust's VCAP program in place of the City's self-insured and self-administered Workers' Compensation program.
