Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This agreement between the Mile High Flood Control District (MHFD) and City and County of Denver is to design and construct drainage and flood control improvements for Sanderson Gulch from Florida Avenue to Arkansas Avenue.  The focus would be to stabilize the channel and increase culvert capacity.  This agreement provides an additional $500,000 in CCD funds for the design effort (DOTI- $300,000 and DPR- $200,000).  MHFD will be contributing $2,850,000 in CIP and Maintenance Funds as well as a fund transfer from two completed MHFD/ Denver projects for a total of $191,919.38.  These funds are held by MHFD and will be transferred by MHFD at the execution of this agreement.  The total agreement amount is $3,941,919.38.
