Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 

In July 2022, City Council approved three contracts under this same program (listed below). This new submittal is an expenditure contract for McKinstry Essention, LLC (McKinstry) to provide on-call operations and maintenance support for the city’s distributed energy resources such as solar photovoltaics, battery storage, and other climate action technologies. This contract, along with the three previously approved, will enable the city to maintain its clean energy assets to provide lower electric bills and increased resilience at municipal facilities. The previously approved contracts are for the development, design, and installation of distributed energy resources. This new contract will provide asset management of those new resources, and other existing solar arrays on city property.
