Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This contract amendment will continue to provide the DEN Noise Abatement Office access to L3Harris Technologies, Inc.’s EnvironmentalVue and PublicVue aircraft noise monitoring software and provide NextGen radar data, as well as provide associated technical support and maintenance.  DEN is required to maintain a functioning aircraft noise monitoring system per the terms of the 1988 Denver/Adams County Intergovernmental Agreement on a New Airport.

WBE/MBE/DBE goals that were applied, if applicable (construction, design, Airport concession contracts): N/A

Are WBE/MBE/DBE goals met (if applicable)?

Amendment

Was this contractor selected by competitive process or sole source?

Continued legal uncertainty regarding the ongoing noise litigation and future IGA compliance necessitates continuity of DEN's noise systems until those issues are resolved. These services will again be competitively procured when greater certainty exits.
