A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Mile High Squash doing business as Mile High 360 to continue providing monthly food supports, nutrition classes and other programming.
Amends a grant agreement with Mile High Squash, doing business as Mile High 360, by adding $ 381,802.30 for a new total of $982,930.30 and one year for a new end date of 7-31-2023, through funding from the Healthy Food for Denver's Kids Initiative, to continue providing monthly food supports, nutrition classes and other programming, primarily for low-income, Latinx students and their families, at multiple locations in Council Districts 1 and 3 (ENVHL- 202055489-00/ ENVHL-202264098). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-21-2022.
