Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 

Third amendment will add an additional $1,150,000 in Mile High Flood District (UDFCD) funds, and $1,150,000 in Wastewater Enterprise funds for the Irondale Gulch Tributaries project to design and construct Drainage and Flood Control Improvements. There is an opportunity to build a portion of the identified improvements in 2022 with the City improvements along 56th Avenue. As such, DOTI will invoice Mile High Flood District $3,000,000 of the project funds and MHFD will not invoice DOTI for the 2022 IGA contributions ($1,150,000). DOTI will manage the construction of the improvements along 56th Avenue. New total contract value = $7,000,000.00
