This ordinance request seeks to appropriate $3,000,000 of funding associated with Amendment #3 to an IGA with Urban District and Flood Control District dba Mile High Flood Control District for final design and construction of drainage and flood control improvements for the Irondale Gulch tributaries (Contract # 202264480-03 (201950441-03)). They City will invoice the Mile High Flood District $3,000,000 to construct a portion of the necessary roadway culvert improvements with the city managed 56th Avenue widening project.  The remaining portion of the channel improvements will be managed and constructed by the Mile High Flood District at a later date.
