Type and Scope of services to be performed:
This request is for an intergovernmental agreement between Aviation Station North Metropolitan District No. 1 and CCD’s Department of Aviation (DEN). Panasonic Way is an integral road in the 61st & Pena district with the Panasonic Way right-of-way (ROW) centered on DEN’s property line. DEN is contributing its pro rata share of the costs for the roadway construction. Aviation Station North Metropolitan District #1 plans to design and construct Panasonic Way to support development within the district, beginning in the second quarter of 2022. As a partnership effort, Aviation Station North Metropolitan District No. 1 will build the road section up to back-of-curb on DEN’s side of the road and has separated the cost of constructing half of Panasonic Way from curb-to-curb for DEN to fund with a pro rata reimbursement to their design and construction costs.
