On an existing parking lot, the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is proposing to construct a new 9-story building for residential living. Ground level for admin offices and parking. Level 2 & 3 assisted living units and level 4 thru 9 for long term apartment unit. The developer was asked to dedicate a parcel of land as Public Alley.
