A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Aramark Management Services Limited Partnership to increase the Maximum Contract Amount to address increased labor costs and an increase in the number of events for facilities and janitorial services in various City venues including the Denver Performing Arts Complex, the Denver Coliseum, McNichols Civic Center Building, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Amends a contract with Aramark Management Services Limited Partnership by adding $34,000,000 for a new total of $64,000,000 to address increased labor costs and an increase in the number of events for facilities and janitorial services in various City venues including the Denver Performing Arts Complex, the Denver Coliseum, McNichols Civic Center Building, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. No change to contract duration. (THTRS-201736911/ THTRS-202264155-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-5-2022. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-2-2022.
