A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Toole Design Group, LLC to continue providing on-call multimodal design services to complete the Community Transportation Network bikeway projects in Council Districts 3, 5, 8, 9 and 10.
Amends a contract with Toole Design Group, LLC by adding $1,000,000 for a new contract total of $4,000,000 and 2 years for a new end date of 10-31-2024 to continue providing on-call multimodal design services to complete the Community Transportation Network bikeway projects in Council Districts 3, 5, 8, 9, 10 (201952155-01/ DOTI-202265327). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-12-2022. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-8-2022.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The purpose of extending this contract is to continue the design work currently underway (at 30%, 60, and 100% design) to complete Community Transportation Network projects. These efforts are critical in supporting the Mayor’s goal of building 125 new miles of bikeways, and to complete design work on Elevate projects. To date, there are existing unobligated funds that may still be used to support design work on these corridors as well as other bikeway corridors. There will be no fee or rate increase for this contract extension.
