Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The City of Aurora requires long-term access and use of DPR parks and open spaces in the vicinity of First Creek in Green Valley Ranch, through a revocable license, for the installation, maintenance and operation of an underground sanitary sewer interceptor line and related facilities. The proposed location of the interceptor line is the most feasible and economical alternative for Aurora to provide wastewater services to both Denver and Aurora residents. In consideration for the grant of license, Aurora has agreed to make trail improvements in accordance with DPR Design Guidelines, Standards and Specifications; as well as crosswalk improvements to a mid-block crossing on Green Valley Ranch Boulevard. These improvements are in addition to Aurora restoring any impacted DPR parks and open spaces in accordance with the agreement.
