Type and Scope of services to be performed:

-                     This request will approve an amendment to the existing contract with Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC. The amendment will increase the contract amount from $9,000,000 to $27,000,000 for the term April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2025. There are no material changes to the scope of work, the contract will still provide rebate administration services to incentivize the adoption of highly efficient, all-electric energy equipment, electric modes of transportation, distributed energy resources, and other climate action technologies. Specifically, the amendment will:

o                     Increase total contract budget to $27,000,000 from previously approved $9,000,000.

o                     Separate Scope of Work sections for E-bike rebates and Home Energy rebates

o                     Clarify of rebate administration and program update processes

o                     Clarify reporting requirements including regular rebate projections, EDI strategy and demographic reporting, and client issue resolution procedures

 

Scope of work:

-                     Rebate administration services to incentivize the adoption of highly efficient, all-electric energy equipment, electric modes of transportation, distributed energy resources, and other climate action technologies. (92% budgeted for rebates, 8% cap for program management)
