A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Accela, Inc. to continue providing city agencies with the use and support of the Accela on-premise permitting software.
Amends a contract with Accela, Inc. by adding one year for a new end date of 12-31-2023 to continue providing city agencies with the use and support of the Accela on-premise permitting software. No change to contract amount (TECHS-CE15003/ TECHS-202263758-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-3-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-29-2022.

Vendor will continue to support the Accela on-premise permitting software according to our Service Level Agreement.
The City is current working with Accela to migrate from its current on-premise platform to their cloud platform. The support program for the City's current solution needs to be extended by one year. The City should be fully migrated to the cloud platform by mid-2023. This contract can be terminated at that time.
