Amends a contract with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. to correct an error by adding previously agreed upon pricing information and annual rate increase language, which was inadvertently left out of the final exhibit. No change to contract amount, duration or other terms (GENRL-202161226-01/ GENRL-202265808-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-3-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-29-2022.

This amendment is a correction to the original Exhibit A, Scope of Work that is attached to the original agreement. Pricing information and annual rate increase language was inadvertently not included in the final exhibit attached to the final contract. Pricing and annual rate increase language was included in the original solicitation, and was approved by the awarded vendor. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
This agreement provides security personnel services throughout the city and county of Denver, excluding DIA.
