Approves a grant agreement with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the 2022 allocation of $3,266,197 for HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) to provide for the city's housing development activities, including for building, buying, and rehabilitating affordable housing for rent or homeownership and providing direct rental assistance to low-income residents (HOST-202265725).
