A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Contract Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Services to adjust the award for the Disability Navigator Program.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Services - Office of Economic Security by reducing the agreement by $62,613.55 for a new total of $1,221,408.09, which reconciles the previously awarded amount and revised available allocation, to continue implementing the Disability Navigator Program, which assists persons with disabilities in navigating the application and/or appeal process for federal disability benefits under the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program, citywide. No change to agreement term. (SOCSV-202160615/ SOCSV-202160615-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-9-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-7-2022.
