Amends a food service agreement with JBK Hotels, LLC, doing business as Aloft, by adding $420,000 for a new total of $3,759,700 and four (4) months for a new end date of 4-30-2023 to provide food services to those people experiencing homelessness during the COVID 19 crisis staying at a hotel in Council District 9 (FINAN-202054604-07/ FINAN-202265806-07). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-23-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-20-2022.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The original Food Services Agreement (FINAN-202054604) assists HOST to provide food services to those people experiencing homelessness during the COVID 19 crisis and staying at Aloft. The original agreement expired September 30, 2020. The first amendment (FINAN-202055636) extended the term of the original agreement through December 31, 2020. The second amendment (FINAN-202057167) extended the term of the agreement through June 30, 2021. The third amendment extended the term through the end of September 2021 (FINAN-202159070). The fourth amendment extended the term through December 31, 2021. The fifth amendment (FINAN-202161630) extended the term through June 30, 2022. The sixth amendment (FINAN-202262776) extended the term through December 31, 2022. The proposed seventh amendment (FINAN-202265806) will extend the term through April 30, 2023. This is the final amendment.
