Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The services provided by Hensel Phelps will be performed on chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handling units, pumps, and any associated equipment at DEN for the CUP network located on A Concourse (Pre-Conditioned air), and C Concourse (Pre-Conditioned air). In addition, project expansions in Concourses A, B & C will add systems and equipment which must be serviced as well. During the past two years Maintenance has spent around $1.2M resulting in a lack of contract capacity to continue the maintenance services required.
