Vendor/Contractor Name (including any “DBA”): Trulink, LLC

Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Trulink was awarded a contract through a competitive solicitation process to assist the City with professional data cable installation services supporting Technology Services. The maximum amount of that contract was set based upon historical needs for conduit and cabling throughout the city. Due to several factors that occurred during the term of this contract, the needs of the City exceeded what was originally estimated. These factors include: supporting the deployment of services needed during the pandemic, increases in video surveillance needs and the modification of work area’s to support a remote and hybrid workforce.  Additionally, there has been a recent request to increase video in Parks and Recreational facilities which was approved by City Council for 2023. This will require more than anticipated services with Trulink. This amendment request is to increase the contract maximum amount to cover recently approved larger projects as well as the ongoing operational needs of the City throughout the remainder of the contract term. At the end of the contract term, the City will undergo another solicitation process for these services.

Vendor will continue to support the Technology Services Dept. with telecommunication technicians to assist with data cabling needs
