Amends a contract with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) by adding $2,775,000 for a new total of $7,744,305 and 3 years for a new end date of 3-3-2026 for continued use and support of ESRI ArcGIS software supporting the work of multiple city agencies, citywide (TECHS-CE84013-06/ TECHS-202266125-06). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-10-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 3-7-2023.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The City and County of Denver extensively uses ESRI’s industry-standard ArcGIS products as the core for all map-based information services, including 911, 311, Denvergov.org, planning and development, property taxation, fire station response time analysis, crime analysis, asset management, and addressing. Through this amendment and continuation of our Enterprise License Agreement, Technology Services can lower the cost-per-unit for GIS software and substantially reduce administrative and procurement expenses.
The software covered under this agreement also enables critical mapping integrations with the following enterprise applications:
