Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Amends an existing contract with CONSOR Engineers, LLC dba Apex Design for Professional Design Services for Federal Boulevard Transit Speed and Reliability Improvement Project by adding an additional $53,577.00 in capacity and extending the term by 14 months until 12/30/2024, Contract No. DOTI-202366708-01 [202158009-01]. The City and County of Denver (the City) is seeking professional Consultant services to assist in the completion of the following tasks to prepare and advance the Federal Boulevard Transit Speed and Reliability Improvement Project into the final design phase. Tasks include, but are not limited to, evaluating recommendations of previous works, prioritizing improvements along Federal Boulevard, performing a gap analysis, completion of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process and any related environmental permitting, and design engineering to match available project funding [Preliminary Engineering (30%), Interim Engineering (60%), Pre-Final Engineering (95%), and Final Engineering (100%)].
