An adjacent owner to the City owned parcel at 2424 E. 40th Ave. approached the City to purchase the vacant parcel. The Division of Real Estate performed a Clearance and Release with all city agencies and once cleared, conducted a closed bid to sell the surplus land. The parcel is 1,786sf and is a long narrow strip of land.
