Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Reconstruction of Washington Street from E. 47th Ave. to E. 52nd Ave., and for improvements along Washington Street from the S. Platte River to E. 47th Ave.  The project also includes Professional Design and Engineering Services for the Washington Street Bridge over the S. Platte River and the Globeville Landing Pedestrian Bridge over the S. Platte River as well as receiving roadways at 48th and 51st for bridges constructed by the National Western Center. The amendment adds scope to take the design from initial design through final design from E 47th Ave to E. 52nd Ave. Including ROW services for property acquisition process, post design services for getting the contract through bidding and construction services during the construction. Construction services are being added for 51st Ave, Emerson St to Logan Ave as well.
