Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This request is for a 3rd amendment to the Shuttle Bus Management Services contract between ABM Aviation, Inc. (AMB) and Denver International Airport (DEN). ABM provides shuttle bus management services for the transportation of the public and employees from the DEN parking facilities to the Terminal and Concourses, including but not limited to the management, operation, maintenance, the provision of buses and other related services. The term of the original contract was 5 years plus 2 (1) one-year extensions expiring on January 31, 2024. DEN needs additional time to conduct its competitive procurement process and additional lead time to acquire new buses, which can take 12 months; 18 months is the anticipated lead time for the acquisition of electric buses. This additional time will allow for a competitive procurement and a smooth transition between the contracts.
