The purpose of the resolution is to set a public hearing to approve the 38th & Huron Urban Redevelopment Plan ("Urban Redevelopment Plan").
Approving the Urban Redevelopment Plan will establish the 38th & Huron Urban Redevelopment Area ("Area") and create the 38th & Huron Sales and Property Tax Increment Areas to assist in the process of redevelopment of a blighted site.
